Preparation
- Must have a NORMAL Creatinine result (validity within 2 weeks prior to CT Scan procedure)
- At least 6 hours fasting (water intake is allowed)
- If patient is diabetic, stop medications 2 days before CT Scan procedure
What to Bring?
- Valid Creatinine laboratory result
- Previous CT Scan result and film or CD for comparison with your current examination
Notes
- Diabetic patients must coordinate medication adjustment directly with their attending physician prior to stopping treatment.
