How can I book an appointment?
For consultation and procedure that requires an appointment, you can book your appointment through our website, by calling your preferred branch, or by visiting us directly.
Can I view my test results online?
Yes. Exact Check offers secure online access to your diagnostic results.
To view your reports online, please follow the following steps:
- Visit our website at www.exactcheck.com.ph.
- Click the Check Test Results.
- Log in with your registered mobile number or email address.
- Click the Send Verification Code for the OTP.(Note: The OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your registered mobile number and registered email address).
- Enter the OTP provided, then click Sign in.
- On the left side of the home page, click on My Reports to view your test reports.
- To download detailed report, select Download All on the lower right side.
How do I request a LOA online through my HMO?
Simply fill out the LOA request form on our website. You’ll need to upload your HMO card, a valid government ID, and a doctor’s prescription from duly HMO accredited physician with diagnosis. Once submitted, allow 1–2 working days for processing. We’ll contact you via text or email once it’s approved.
What are the preparation guidelines before taking a lab test?
Some tests require fasting for 10 to 12 hours including water, while others may require a full bladder or specific dietary instructions. The preparation details are listed on each test package page, or you can call or message us for precise instructions.
